Product Description:
IR-LM010-06 is a specially processed premium quality instantized rice made from US #1 long grain rice. It is ideal for instant cup of rice type product -- For an instant cup-of-soup application, add at least 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of rice, stir, cover, and let it stand for 5 - 7 minutes before serving. The moisture level of this product does not exceed 7%.
